Bring your Cliniko records with you, from patient details to appointments, invoices and treatment notes.
Halaxy's data migration service moves your practice information from Cliniko to Halaxy. All you need to do is export your files from Cliniko and send them to the Halaxy Data Migrations team.
For a full overview of the data migrations process, see: Migrate your practice to Halaxy
-
Next, sign up and set up your practice group, with your practice locations and accounts for your active practitioners.
Each file you export adds an area of your practice information to Halaxy. The patients file is required. All other files are optional, so export the ones you want to bring across.

-
In Cliniko, export your data that you want to bring to Halaxy as CSV files. Leave the body chart and patient document files as zip files.
Note
If you need help exporting your data from Cliniko, check Cliniko's knowledge base or contact Cliniko customer support.
-
Keep your files as Cliniko exports them, including the date in each file name and without opening or re-saving them in Excel, then compile them into a single zip file.
-
Log into your Halaxy account. On the sidebar, click Settings > General.
-
Under the Data Import section, click Import Your Data.
-
In the Import Data pop-up, select Halaxy migrates your data, then click Continue.
-
In the next window, select or drag your zip file and click Upload file. Alternatively, you can drag your zip file to the file upload box. (Optional) Add a description of the file's contents when it uploads.
-
Click Done.
Your files are uploaded and Halaxy is notified of your file upload. Our Data Migrations team will review your requirements and be in touch with you.
