Migrate your practice data from Gentu

Bring your Gentu records with you, from patient details to appointments, billing history and clinical notes.

Halaxy's data migration service moves your practice information from Gentu to Halaxy. All you need to do is export your files from Gentu and send them to the Halaxy Data Migrations team.

For a full overview of the data migrations process, see: Migrate your practice to Halaxy

Export and send your Gentu files

  1. In Gentu, export your data that you want to bring to Halaxy as XML files. Include letters.xml and the 007 folder.

    Note

If you need help exporting your data from Gentu, check Gentu's knowledge base or contact Gentu customer support.

  2. Keep your files and folders as Gentu exports them, without renaming or editing them and with the XML files directly in the folder, then compile them into a single zip file.

  3. Log into your Halaxy account. On the sidebar, click Settings > General.

  4. Under the Data Import section, click Import Your Data.

Your files are uploaded and Halaxy is notified of your file upload. Our Data Migrations team will review your requirements and be in touch with you.
