Bring your Helix clinical records with you, from patient details to clinical notes and documents.
Halaxy's data migration service moves your practice information from Helix to Halaxy. All you need to do is export your files from Helix and send them to the Halaxy Data Migrations team.
For a full overview of the data migrations process, see: Migrate your practice to Halaxy

Next, sign up and set up your practice group, with your practice locations and accounts for your active practitioners.
Helix exports one XML file for each patient, and everything comes from those files. Helix exports clinical records only, so appointments, invoices and referrals aren't included. The export is several gigabytes, so allow time for the upload.

What it adds to Halaxy |

|
PatientXml folder (one XML file for each patient) |
Patient details, consult notes, clinical summaries, pathology requests, Medicare and DVA claims, and documents and letters as patient attachments |

In Helix, export your full patient data, then unzip the export so there is one XML file for each patient.
Note
If you need help exporting your data from Helix, check Helix's knowledge base or contact Helix customer support.
