Every invoice paid through Halaxy electronic payments records a payment history with details of the transaction, including:

Who processed the payment (the patient themselves or a member of your practice)

How a patient processed the payment (patient portal or payment link)

Date and status of the payment transfer

The bank account where the payment is transferred.

Open the invoice.

For an already paid invoice, under the Payments section, click the Successful link for the completed payment.
For unpaid invoice, under the Payments section, click the dropdown and select View payment history.

The Payment History pop-up appears with the transaction details in sections.
Note
The bank details appear only after the transfer is successfully completed.
